All in-stock orders typically ship within 1-2 business days via major carriers. Other specialty items typically ship in 4-5 days. You should receive an email once your item has shipped, along with tracking information. It may take some time for the post office to scan and receive it.

Yes! International orders are shipped via UPS, Fedex, or DHL. You may incur customs duties or other fees depending on your country of residence. We cannot track these and are not responsible if your order is held up in customs. If you don't see your country listed in the shipping options, please email us and we will most likely be able to add it.

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase if the items are in good condition and with the tags attached. Contact us at descaro.luiscastillo@gmail.com for return instructions and a return label. Exchanges are free, but shipping costs will not be refunded for returned items.

We'll send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned item and processed your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Please be patient. It may take some time for your bank to post your refund.
